1870’s 16 in. Antique Toy Doll Trunk

This is a fantastic trunk! This is an antique childs toy trunk. Also called Toy/Doll/Sample Trunk. This trunk was made in the 1870's - 1880's, and is in fantastic condition. The trunk measures 14" long, 9 1/2" wide, and 11 1/2" high. The basswood box is iron bound with 2 center bands. Over 550 nails secure everything. The original solid brass lock works great and a key is included. All of the leather pieces are exact reproductions of the originals. The interior is all original and includes a covered hatbox, glove box, a covered parasol tray, jewelry box, and latching, fall in compartment in the lid. Please contact me with any questions.
